Reporting a Stolen Vehicle


When a vehicle is stolen, we require them to obtain a police report and inform law enforcement that their vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking system. Once the theft has been reported, we ask the customer to contact our 24/7/365 response center and provide us with police contact information. We then contact the authorities and work with them to provide the vehicle's up-to-the-minute location, speed and direction. Follow these steps below

  Step 1:

If you are certian that your vehicle has been stolen, contact your local police authority and file a "stolen vehicle report" , inform them that you have a GPS tracking device on your vehicle. Be sure to write down the report or case number that is assigned to your report.

  Step 2:

After reporting your vehicle to the local police authority, contact our 24/7/365 response center at 1-888-217-2456 , select option "4" from the voice annoucement "You would like to report a stolen vehicle", you will be transfered to a customer service agent that will work with the police to assist in the recovery of your vehicle.

  Step 3:

Notify your Vehicle's Insurance Carrier of the vehicle theft
